So you have gone through a consult and we agree that we are a good fit!

Time to move on to the first phase.

Phase 1:
Assessment and Research

We will dig into your goals and focus to make sure this is how and what you want to commit to. focusing it and making it realistic to your lifestyle and timeframe.
if you don't know your focus that can be the focus of your time!

skills involved: How differentiate what online resources to trust and choose, how to determine where I am in my journey, structure without structure

Phase 2: Intention

we will now take the info collected and build it into a full rounded mind body Intention, here we may find some areas to intervene depending on where you are in your mind body journey.

skills involved: Building a mind body Intention, Basic Body awareness, Basic Mind Awareness, How to dissect my attention into the skills and habits needed.

Phase 3.
Attention

by now we have done some research built some rapport with ourselves and emotional weight to our decision followed by an intention including both mind + body. the stage is set, now we need to prepare for ACTION!!
In this phase we will warm you up and set the plan for the action to occur.

skills involved: How to remove Friction in your work, How to Make Sticky Habits, How to work without motivation, the power of ritual.

Phase 4:
Focus

It's time to get to work l, but not to worry you are not on your own just yet, you may be itching to go but there are important steps to keep your focus when that boost of motivation has dried up.

skills involved: how to create a distraction free workplace, how to set boundaries with yourself and others, how to take breaks without losing your flow, how to get the most amount of focus your mind will let you.

Phase 5:
Flow

We made it. your doing the work , but it's a whole lot of work still, I want that timeless effortless dynamic feeling. well we can set you up for that as well. Flow can be engineered, demeding on your disposition.

skills involved: how to quickly drop into flow, how to maximize your time in flow, how to take breaks without losing your flow, how to use flow for everything you do.


The Chiron Process

Metaphor is a powerful tool to create understanding, by stacking two concepts on top of each other.

With every metaphor we have to take some liberties to make it fit, so this like all is not to be taken completely literal, take it with a grain of salt as they say.

By setting up a framework and understanding our your individual mind solves problems it can help you deal with things out of your comfort zone or simply show you where you are stuck ( if you are stuck!
